The Hunter's Son by B.E. Jewell
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
How was the setting of the story made it more interesting. The woods are always mysterious and scary. At any point of my life, I cannot imagine living in a place like that. I do wonder what inspired the author to describe such a place.
Did this book remind you of anything that has happened to you? I haven't had any encounters with creatures or paranormal beings so I cannot speak from experience but I know some people who have had ghostly encounters and I am sure they can relate to some parts of the book.
What were your thoughts on the main character? I think he is a brave young man who had to sacrifice a lot in his young life in the name of family honour.
